The RESTAURANT
On the rooftop of the musée du quai Branly – Jacques Chirac, Les Ombres restaurant, designed by architect Jean Nouvel, offers an exceptional view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. It opens onto a panoramic terrace with its hanging garden of Mediterranean plants.
Chef Alexandre Semperé has created a contemporary cuisine on Mediterranean influences and perfectly expressing Alain Ducasse's Naturalness principles. Tastes are well-defined, subtle and always very tasty. The service is attentive and the spacious dining room particularly comfortable.
The bar
Completely outdoors, the BRAMBLE cocktail bar by Margot Combat offers a menu of signature cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, with local and French approach and some old-fashioned touches, all in a festive, retro atmosphere. A menu of light, simple tapas and snacks created by Les Ombres team accompanies the cocktails.
