Symposium on the theme of new technologies applied to ethnographic and archaeological collections
Review of the opportunities offered by the emergence of these technologies (research directions, development of new tools, reflection on the perception and understanding of objects and images) in the fields of heritage (conservation, museography, restoration), research and education based on four lines of thought: miniaturisation of tools, remote visualisation and manipulation, databases and new collaborative practices, reproduction and dissemination to different audiences.
