Indiqué sur la jaquette : A small ethnic group of 200 000 people, the Qiangs were sqeezed between the Tibetans and the Hans chinese for centuries, they call themselves RMA. Considered as the source of the tibeto-burman ethno linguistic category, the modern days Qiang are only a small sub group of the ancient Qiang. The area became famous on may 12 2008 for the earthquake, whose epicentre was in Wenchuan
