; This second film of series of two describes life in the Pomak village of Breznitsa (South Bulgaria) after the downfall of communism, as seen from the perspective of the old man Ibrahim. Aspects of re-islamization are demonstrated by a circumcision ritual of young boys. Ibrahim talks about the rise of Islam, changes brought by modernization and the loss of respect of the young towards the elders. He then travels with the filmteam to the capital Sofia, to the historic monument of Pleven and to the great mosque of Tumbal Jamia in Shoumen.
