Résumé
Khoomei or Mongolian throat singing is the most famous overtone singing technique of Mongol people in Chinese Inner Mongolia (where the majority of Mongolians live), Mongolia and russian TUVA. An officiel festival was organized in Manzhouli in Chinese Inner Mongolia at the boarder with Mongolia and Russia, by the Chinese government for the first time, gathering musicians from 8 countries where Khoomei is being praticed.
