Since 28th June 2007, the Musée du Quai Branly has offered a French sign language (FSL) video guide to deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors.

The video guide includes some of the stops from the “adult leisure” and “family” audio guide tours commentated in French sign language.

In total, 45 artefacts are presented in this video guide, explained via a FSL video montage, maps and photos of the artefacts.  The tour lasts approximately one and a half hours.

Where can I get the FSL video guide?

You can pick up tickets at window no. 6 in the ticket office.

You pick up the equipment at the “Audio guide” counter in the lobby in exchange for a piece of ID.

FSL video guide prices (not included in the entrance price)

A FSL video guide is offered free-of-charge to deaf or hard-of-hearing visitors (evidence is required), and to their companion. To take advantage of this offer, please ask for a free FSL video guide ticket at the museum ticket office.
