South American archeological fabrics all come from burials. Climatic conditions have favoured their conservation. Nevertheless, it is difficult to know its usage. The presence of sewing together two pieces of crepe chiffon cloth, four woven selvages, suggests that it could be used as a funeral cloak, manto. The reserve has been carried out knot tying, dyeing and by oblique stitch sewing on pleats, two dye baths, yellow-brown and red, then followed. 50x40 cm
